Healthcare is one of today’s most dynamic and growing fields, with a wide range of opportunities and challenges. Medical Administrators have been at the helm of the Health Care Delivery System in Sri Lanka since the inception of the Department of Health Services in 1856. NSF DG, Dr Sepalika Sudasinghe was invited to be the Guest of Honour for the Think Tank Session on Grooming Public Sector for a System Change, organized by the Association of Medical Administrators Sri Lanka. The discussion was held on the 21st of September 2022. The President and the members of the Association participated at this event.
